Bilateral Meeting Between Prime Minister Dahal and Chinese Premier Li Qiang

Beijing: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda,' who is currently on an official visit to China, is scheduled to hold a bilateral meeting with his Chinese counterpart, Premier Li Qiang. The meeting is taking place at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.

Before this meeting, Prime Minister Dahal also met with Zhao Leji, the Standing Committee Chairman of the Communist Party of China.

During these meetings, discussions on various aspects of Nepal-China relations are taking place, with an emphasis on strengthening bilateral ties and cooperation.

Following the bilateral talks, a signing ceremony for a memorandum of understanding regarding mutual support and cooperation is scheduled to take place.

In honor of Prime Minister Dahal, Chinese Premier Li has hosted a welcome banquet, reflecting the warmth and significance of the visit.

A 'guard of honour' was also offered to Prime Minister Dahal by a special contingent of China's National People's Liberation Army at the Great Hall of the People, symbolizing the respect and cordiality extended to the visiting leader.

The visit aims to consolidate and enhance the relations between Nepal and China, exploring opportunities for cooperation and collaboration in various fields.
